» Program Basics

School Hours:

7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. We operate all year, with a summer camp atmosphere in summer.

Schedule Options:

Our full day program includes two, three, four, or five day options to meet your child’s needs and your busy schedule.

Classes:

Although developmental differences are, of course, considered, children are generally grouped by school year in classes with approximately six-month age spans. Each class is divided into two small groups, with each of two Teachers having primary responsibility for a particular group.

Fees:

A non-refundable registration fee is due upon registration and once confirmed guarantees a space for your child on the agreed-upon date. We maintain an advance equal to one-half month’s tuition and apply it to the last month of enrollment when proper notice is given. Tuition is payable monthly on the 1st of the month. Optional services not included are school photographs, music lessons, T-shirts and sweatshirts, field trips, and swimming lessons. Student accident insurance is included in the tuition (please call the school at 610-668-2233 for more information on tuition and fees).

School Facilities:

Our School facility consists of three buildings, three playgrounds, and an in-ground swimming pool. The Infant/Toddler building houses children from eight weeks to three years of age, with one Infant class, two Young Toddler classes and two Senior Toddler Classes. Two separate playground spaces allow Infants and Toddlers the freedom they need for active movement.

The Preschool, Pre-kindergarten, and Kindergarten classes are housed in two separate buildings joined by a beautiful and well-equipped playground space. A computer lab, rainy day gym, fully furnished kitchen, and in-ground swimming pool custom-designed for young children provide additional space and opportunities for keeping children actively involved.

All buildings are fully air-conditioned and have commercial sprinkler systems throughout. The fire and emergency alarm systems go directly to a central alarm station and the Township fire and police stations. All buildings are locked from the outside with a computer controlled, electronic locking system. Enrolled families are given computer access chips for their child’s building.

Nutrition:

Even the youngest toddlers find great joy in their lunch boxes. In addition to lunch brought from home, we serve a morning and afternoon snack consisting of milk or juice with crackers, pretzels, and other low sugar snack foods that older children often prepare themselves. Infants are served only those foods provided by you. Breakfast foods brought from home can be served to children who arrive before 8:30 am.

During the year, on special food days, the School provides lunch. From Pizza Fridays to Thanksgiving dinner, we find lots of ways to have fun with nutritious foods.

School Holidays and Closings:

The School is open all year, except for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Spring Holiday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and the preceding Friday, Fall Holiday, Thanksgiving and the Friday following, Christmas and the days before and after.

Because working parents must be at work even during bad weather, we attempt to open whenever roads are passable. Your child’s teacher will advise you early in the morning if the School will be closed.
